Data Deletion Request

How to request deletion

1. Email us at hello@mystyleally.com with the subject: "Data Deletion Request".
2. In your message, include:
   • The email address used to sign in
   • Your full name (if you added one to your profile)
   • A clear statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted
3. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we delete anything.

What we delete

Once your request is verified, we will delete or de-identify data associated with your account, which may include:

• Account profile details (name, email, profile image)
• Style entries and visit notes you created
• Saved inspiration items
• Photos you uploaded to My Style Ally
• Connection information between clients and stylists

What we may keep

We may retain limited information where required by law, for security reasons, or to prevent fraud and abuse. If we retain anything, we will keep it only as long as necessary and protect it appropriately.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days).
